Emily Fey
Raised in Oconomowoc, Emily attended Oconomowoc High School and graduated in 1997. In search of a small liberal arts education and intent upon getting away from home and becoming independent, she attended Kalamazoo College in Michigan. She graduated in 2001 with a major in political science. Following graduation, she attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, and graduated in 2004. After passing the Wisconsin bar exam, she joined Swendson/Menting Law Ltd.
Emily started out practicing in the family law area. She was a court appointed Guardian ad Litem and did divorce work. She quickly realized that this was not her calling. She has found her niche in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and family and asset protection.
Emily lives in Delafield with her husband, Brian. They have no children at this time. Emily’s main indulgence is food and luckily Brian is a wonderful cook.
Emily’s goal is to provide excellent customer service. She focuses on establishing good communication, offering helpful advice and providing clear explanations. She wants her clients to trust her and value her services.
